Welcome to our journey toward loving Jesus, loving each other, living whole, eating clean and simplifying life. As a wife and mom of 3 fantastic little boys, I am constantly looking for ways to take care of my family & keep things simple so that we can enjoy the things that are really important.

With 2 of our 3 boys having severe food allergies, we have been forced to re-evaluate what we eat, educate ourselves on real food, and make changes toward more a more natural lifestyle with fewer chemicals! This journey has not been an easy one, but I am passionate about sharing what we’ve learned with others.

This passion led me to become a Certified Health Coach with the Sears Wellness Institute. Dr. Sears has been a huge influence in our lives, and has worked with us extensively to find natural and holistic ways to deal with the struggles that have faced our little ones. They are all now thriving and healthy, and I am so thankful for the resources and education out there that have helped us make these daily changes.

After years of dealing with health challenges of our own and with our kids, and repeatedly being told there is ‘nothing that can be done,’ we have been seeking out ways to take preventative measures and natural methods to take control my family’s wellness. Almost 3 years ago, a friend shared some therapeutic grade dōTERRA essential oils with us, and our lifestyle changed in a major way. I’m a sucker for a good {DIY} project and love experimenting and sharing these projects with you as we go. There’s huge satisfaction and simplicity in creating your own solutions, and making something with your hands! Thankfully my husband shares this love! After finishing a complete renovation of his ’68 GMC truck and our ’78 airstream, we are now working on our old mountain farmhouse!

Through blessings we never thought imaginable, our passions and pursuit of natural living led us to share the blessings of dōTERRA oils with others. Before we knew it, we had teams of people across the country who love and use these oils, and we are now leaders in an amazing company that gives back to others and encourages each of us to do the same. My husband has joined us at home full time after retiring from a full career, and we hit the road with our 3 littles in our renovated airstream in 2016! After many months of traveling across the country, exploring and adventuring, we found some land in the beautiful mountains of NC and decided to put down roots! We have 30 acres to adventure, live life to the fullest, teach our children through experience, grow our own real food, study permaculture, and continue educating people on improving their lifestyle with natural living and essential oils!
